How can we become the best humans? How can we trust each other?

From being jealous and thinking about others to working on self improvement and growth.

From being insecure about what others are thinking about me to I don’t care attitude.

Shreya

I’m wondering about attachment and transference with the therapist and the idea of escape and fantasy? How much do you think your strong feelings, constant thoughts, desires to be with your therapist are a way to escape from your present life? I wonder if the transference serves another purpose than to show us our wounds and/or past experiences, but is a present coping strategy for managing what we don’t want to face (even if unconsciously) in the present—-current relationships, life circumstances, etc. Can anyone relate to this concept of escape in relation to their therapy relationship? How does this play out for you?

From fear of being judged if I speak anything to handle major client demos single handedly.

From not accepting myself and trying to be like others to accepting and loving me with all my flaws.

Try to question yourself why you are feeling like this? Why you are thinking of doing this? Self interrogation is the best way to become better person everyday. If you are sad, talk to yourself. If you are jealous, ask the reason and work on it. In every case your heart will tell you the truth and give you the difference between right and wrong. Just pick the right and ignore the wrong. Have faith on yourself and write your own journey.
